These Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the contractual relationship between Swahili School and any person purchasing access on https://swahilischool.com to online learning content and services for learning Swahili.

2. Registration and access

To access the services, the user must create a personal account and provide accurate information. Once registration is confirmed and payment is successful, access to content is activated. The user is responsible for ensuring their device and setup (computer, internet connection, browser, etc.) are compatible with the platform.

3. Pricing and payment

Plan and subscription prices are displayed in euros for French-speaking users and in US dollars for English-speaking users. Swahili School may update its prices at any time; however, the price charged is always the one shown at the moment of purchase.
Payment is made by bank card and/or any other secure payment method offered on the website.

4. Auto-renewing subscriptions

Subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan), unless canceled prior to renewal.

5. Withdrawal right and refund policy

Where applicable, the user has a 14-day legal withdrawal period.
In addition, Swahili School offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the user is not satisfied, they can request a refund by emailing contact@swahilischool.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

6. Acceptable use

Swahili School services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, transferring, reselling, or making the account available to others is strictly prohibited. Any breach may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access, without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual property

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of the registered office of Swahili School.
